After appreciating the Indian Armed Forces’ strikes on terror camps in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and parts of Pakistan under Operation Sindoor, Munawar Faruqui has called for unity among Indian citizens as a show of support for the Indian Army’s efforts. He wished for India’s prosperity and urged his fans to pray for the soldiers on the borders.

Munawar Faruqui wrote, “Hum mehfuz hai, kyuki humare liye koi khada hai sarhad pe, iss waqt hum sabka saath rehna aur ek dusre ka sath dena zaruri hai, aapas me ladna ya kisi ko blame karna fizool hai. Har voh soldier ke liye dua karo! Aur voh maa ke liye jisne itna bada dil karke unhe sarhad pe bheja hai (Indian flag emoji) Indian Army (Praying hands emoji) Hindustan aabad rahe hamesha…"

    Before this, Munawar had taken to X to appreciate the Indian Armed Forces’ valour during Operation Sindoor. “Be-hadd zaruri jawab aur Insaaf, woh auraton ke liye jinka sindoor mitaya gaya tha!!" he wrote, adding, “Most needed answer to Enemies of humanity 🫡 Jai Hind."

    Besides Munawar, several other television celebrities also appreciated the Indian Army’s move against terrorism.  In her heartfelt post, Anupamaa actress Rupali Ganguly expressed her admiration and respect for the brave heroes of Operation Sindoor.  “Cheers to the heroes of #OperationSindoor. With courage and precision, our forces crushed terror hubs. India stands tall. Jai Hind!" she wrote.

    Romiit Raaj, who was recently seen in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, also took to his social media handle and wrote, “Heartfelt prayers for our brave armed forces leading Operation Sindoor with unmatched courage against terrorism. May God protect our soldiers, our nation, and every citizen. It’s a proud moment. My country also has to take a stand, and they took it. Jai Hind!!." Among others, Hina Khan, Rahul Vaidya and Abhishek Kumar also proudly echoed Jai Hind while sharing the Indian Army’s official post on their Instagram handles.
