Elvish Yadav has expressed concern amid growing tensions between India and Pakistan. On Thursday night, the YouTuber took to his Instagram handle and dropped a video in which he urged everyone to stay in touch with their loved ones who live in the border areas. Elvish asked everyone to follow government guidelines during this time and also requested them to help each other.

“Jaise aap logo ko pata hoga humare desh mein kya chal raha hai, war start ho chuka hai. Aap news dekh rahe honge ke Jammu mein attack hua, Rajasthan mein attack hua, Pathankot mein attack hua aur bhi jitni cities hain jahan attack hua. Meri request hai sabhi logo se, jin-jin ke log un states mein hain, toh please unse touch mein raho aur ho sake toh unko apne paas bula lo. Jitna border se durr rahega, utna better rahega," he said and then concluded the video by saying, “Jay Hind". Watch it here:

Elvish’s message has come after Pakistan launched a series of aerial attacks to target over a dozen locations, including the Jammu civil airport, Samba, RS Pura, Arnia and military stations in the region on Thursday evening. The attacks came just a day after India carried out precision strikes on terror hideouts in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir under Operation Sindoor. However, all incoming threats were successfully intercepted by India’s S-400 air defence system.

Besides Elvish Yadav, stand-up comedian Samay Raina has urged everyone to believe in the Indian Army amid India’s growing tension with Pakistan. On Thursday night, Samay, who also hails from Jammu, took to his Instagram stories and penned down a note to calm people down. “My prayers are with everyone in Jammu. Sleep peacefully and believe in the Indian army Jai Hind," he wrote.
