Cuts at WWE, which witnessed members of corporate and broadcasting released from the company payroll, spilt onto the performers of the Stamford-based company as reports indicated that multiple known names, including Braun Strowman, Dakota Kai and Shayna Baszler.

The cuts also included the names of Kayden Carter and Katana Chance, and fans of the sports-entertainment business were gutted by the reports.

    Westlers from NXT don’t seem to be spared from the downsizing either, as Cora Jade, Gigi Dolin, Riley Osborne, Eddy Thorpe, Jakara Jackson, Oro Mensah, Javier Bernal, and the Gallus trio of Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, and Wolfgang also stand to be axed.

    Strowman is certainly one of the biggest superstars fired by WWE in a decision that affects the giant wrestler and his fans, who would be massively disappointed over his release. But the report suggests he is not the only famed wrestler released by WWE among their performers inside the ring and the company’s backstage personnel.

    WWE is yet to officially announce Strowman’s release, but the superstar is reportedly no longer part of the company. Fightful Select’s report said Strowman is part of a list of famous wrestlers the company has fired.

    WWE experienced the successful completion of the 41st edition of its headline pay-per-view event, WrestleMania, in which John Cena got the better of Cody Rhodes in the top-billed fight for the Undisputed WWE Championship. Iyo Sky beat Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley in a triple-threat bout for the Women’s Championship. Jey Uso clinched the Heavyweight championship with a win by submission over Gunther.
