Lovers of Hindi cinema will remember the iconic 1986 song Har Kisi Ko Nahi Milta, sung by Manhar Udhas and Sadhana Sargam from the film Jaanbaaz. Feroz Khan made his debut in 1956 in Hum Sab Chor Hain with a blink-and-you-miss appearance. His first notable role came in 1959’s Didi, but it was Ghar Ki Laaj (1960) that marked his first lead role. While early films failed to make waves, he persisted, eventually winning hearts with memorable performances in Apradh (1972), Khote Sikkay (1974), Dharmatma (1975), and Qurbani (1980). Beyond acting, he also directed and produced films that showcased his distinctive cinematic vision.

Feroz’s relationship with Jyotika also faltered, particularly after she urged him to marry her. He later denied their involvement in a public interview, which led to their final split. By then, his marriage with Sundari had already ended. Though Feroz returned to live with his children, the emotional distance remained. The couple officially divorced in 1985.

Despite the romantic turbulence, both Feroz and Sundari remained dedicated to their children. Feroz reflected later in life that their separation was civil, and their shared responsibilities were unaffected. After the divorce, Sundari Khan pursued a new career in design, while their daughter, Laila Khan Furniturewala, also became a successful interior designer and artist and their son, Fardeen Khan became an actor.
