Alanna Panday, Ivor McCray On YouTube Earnings: ‘Won't Have To Work In 5 Years’
The couple welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Edward Ivor "River" McCray VI, in July last year.
Alanna Panday, cousin of actress Ananya Panday, is a social media influencer and a YouTuber. She runs her own YouTube channel along with her husband Ivor McCray, named Alanna and Ivory, through which she shares insights from her personal life. Their channel currently has 16.4 lakh active subscribers and more than 20 lakh followers on Instagram. But how much money does the couple make to live a luxurious and happening life in Los Angeles?
Recently, the duo shared a video on YouTube wherein they both were seen answering some fans’ frequently asked questions. When asked about how much they make as influencers, Alanna said, “All I’ll say is that the money we make is more than enough to live the lifestyle you’re seeing online. We are completely financially independent, and we pay all of our bills. We saved enough money to buy our house and car. It is more than enough to lead the life you see."

Ivor, on the other hand, shared the teachings of his father and grandfather regarding money and said, “The goal is that if we stay on track, we won’t have to work again in five years if we don’t want to. My father and grandfather passed this mindset on to me. My grandfather was extremely wealthy, but no one knew. He would dress poorly and drive a beat-up car, despite the fact that he was wealthy. He hailed from a wealthy family, but he did not want that lifestyle for his children. He never wore the money. He told my father and he told me."
He further revealed that his father told him to never discuss finances with anyone. “He (my father) told me two things: you don’t talk about finances and you don’t talk about politics," said Ivor.
Alanna and Ivor tied the knot in March 2023 in Mumbai after a few years of dating. The function was attended by several big Bollywood celebs, including Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri Khan, Ananya Panday, Jackie Shroff, Rekha and others. The couple welcomed their first child, a baby boy, named Edward Ivor “River" McCray VI, in July last year.
